Kommentare
7N2UQC: I could enjoy the very wonderful contest. Tnx for a fine contest again. Rig:IC-706, ANT:Dipole
8P2K: Conditions not great, but what great ops everywhere. Thanks to all stations for multipliers on many bands
A45WD: A lot of fun in WAE RTTY 2005. There is balance in everything. I have not worked any JA on 14 MHz, but I have KH6ND/KH5 in the log. Talking about Mike, althought the contest name is "Worked All Europe", looking to the times and bands he was QRV, I think his target was to work mainly USA and Japan. It was a nice contest, busy with QTC-s traffic, chasing a lot of nice multipliers and saying a quick hello to the old friends. Another successful WAE contest.. See you in WAEDC 2006! 73, Alex A45WD-YO9HP-YR9P
AC4JI: First time in WAEDC-RTTY. Enjoyed it.
AD6WL: Great contest. Lots of new callsigns. 10m had a nice opening on Saturday.
AI6O: Enclosed is my file for the 2005 WAEDC RTTY contest. Lots of good activity, I just cant work Europe!! hi hi
AI9T: My second time in this contest. Made a couple mistakes with the QTC's at the start of the contest before it finally came back to me. Did OK after that.
AK0A: Fun Contest, but EU station do not want to exchange QTC. Don't know why????
CN8KD: I did not worked enought because of health problems. Many thanks to all participants
CU2JT: Had to stop earlier than planned with a probable disk crash on the computer. Funny noises started to emerge from the hard drive at about 1100 AM on the second day. the operation. Was delighted to find 10M open for a short while and also that my 40m vertical could be tuned and working on 80M (Thanks, MFJ!)
DL3LBP: fine contest in fine conditions
DL6JZ: The WAEDC RTTY became my favourit
DL8MBS: It took until sunday afternoon that DX-Stations were forced to give some pieces from their QTC-staples even to someone with a little signal. Hey, I don't need a kilowatt to hear well, hi.
DR5X: My first WAE RTTY, just for fun! see you 2006 Andy DR5X
EA1MV: Very funny Contest. Thank you for the organization.
EA3CEC/1: NOT USING SPOT NET

G3RSD: This is my first attempt at wae rtty. Most enjoyable. Thank You.
G4EMT: THANKS FOR THE NICE CONTEST
GM8OEG: Great contest as ever, but am I the only entrant NOT to have worked his own country on any band!!
GU0SUP: Excellent fun! I really enjoy the added fun of the QTC exchange. There seemed to be many more stations prepared to play with QTC this year, which helped. The bands were also reasonable, which helped.
HA1SN: Radio: TS-130SE Antenna: FD-8 Windom Program: MMVARI beta ver.041
HG4I: POOR CONDX, NO MORE TIME TO WORK....
HZ1IK: I started the contest with my normal logging software (Logger 32). Then I found out that the new version of N1MM-Logger can handle QTCs but the transferred qsos from Logger32 to N1MM were not recognized by N1MM-Logger for QTC handling. So I continued to use Logger32 and did not do QTCs. After the contest I discovered the little secret how to solve the problem. So next time I will be able to exchange QTCs.
IC8POF: Hope to be in better station condition next year, GL to All.
IK7PTX: Control Log
IT9ORA: Low propagations in the night with US stations 73 to all de Gianni IT9ORA
IY0TC: Marconi IY0TC station is now commemorating the centennial of the wireless large use during the NAVY battle at Tsushima Island, Japan, May 27-28 1905. Honors to Japanese and Russian Crews.

JG5DHX/5: The first for me join WAEDC. I had a great time and will try again next year. unassisted
JM1XCW: This contest was in so good condition, so that I could enjoy the wonderful contest. QTC is very fun.
K0FX: Thanks for DARC for another great contest. Poor condx to Europe
K3IXD/4: The score is not accurate because N1MM Logger doesn't score WAE RTTY correctly. I am getting a lot better at tuning in the RTTY signals, but I had a little trouble with N1MM Logger. N1MM Logger is a great program, however it takes a while to learn it. My biggest problem was that I could not use the "ESM - Enter Send Message" feature and automatically retransmit the serial number. So some of my number are out of sequence when I manually sent an incorrect number. I was surprised to work ZC4LI on 40m for totally new country. Also 7X0RY was a nice new RTTY country. I could not break the KH5 15m pileup on Saturday. I didn't hear them on the other bands. I am using 100w and a SteppIR BiggIR vertical for 40m thru 10m and an inv v at 40 feet on 80m. Thanks to the sponsors for this contest.
K4GMH: Thanks to DARC for putting on the WAEDC RTTY. Good participation even in this part of the Solar Cycle. Computer hard drive crashed earlier in week and did not get the computer working until 1900 Z, 12 November. Still have not gotten all of the other non-amateur radio S/W working. Did get 25 hours in the Contest. Lot of fun.
K6HGF: Great contest. Really like the QTC aspect.

ON4ADZ: This contest is one of my favourites, but I had never time for a +30 hour effort. This time I was able to prepare and to run this contest. I pulled up a extra 80m antenna (delta loop at 24m) and a 2 el delta loop for 40m at 24m. Condx where best on saterday, luckely I had send most qtc on the first day. Many USA stations played qtc's game. With thanks to DARC and for the qso 's.
ON5SV: it is always a pleasure to make RTTY contest !!! hamspirit and friendship are always present !!!
ON6NL: Had again a lot of fun in the contest! Did not plan anything special but hope to get in the Top-10 again this year with my simple setup.
ONL383: Fantastic activity this year but most hams need better ears because vr2xln was calling CQ several times on 7040 at 1845z (Sunday) without any takers! Then I have missed a new multiplier...hi. For info, I find all multipliers by myself, not using any dx alert system here... it is good to say that from time to time! See you next year with (I hope) better condx!
PA0FAW: There were more contests so gave away some points could not work very much some stations exchanged but did not receive my number. Better luck next time There is not a better mode than CW hi
PA0MIR: My first entry in this contest. Had no possibility to copy or send QTC so had to copy on paper and only took a few. Had to put these in the log after which was a real pain in the ass.

VE5CPU: Good conditions, good participation and lots of fun!
W4UK: WIRE DIPOLES ONLY.
W4ZE/3: WAE RTTY is my favorite RTTY contest. The QTC really adds a lot to the challenge and makes it even more fun. With the help of KB3GGP I more than doubled my score from last year. I sure will be glad when the sunspots start to climb again!
W7DPW: Thanks for another Fun contest Conditions Fair Saturday and Poor Sunday.
W7LD: Missed all opportunities for EU qso's Saturday due to other obligations. Went to ham club annual banquet, two church functions, and took XYL shopping for weekly stock up of groceries. Band conditons were not good during my free hours Sunday. Fifteen meters was nearly a bust here in Northwest Washington. I like this contest but I feel I need to do the QTC thing more than once or twice a year to become really proficient at it. Hope to be around to try it again next year. de Jack / W7LD / "Lucky Dog"
W9ILY: My favorite contest. Thanks to all. Condx were rather poor from the USA Midwest, but it was fun!
WA2ETU: NO SPOTTING NET USED

YB2ECG: This is my third WAE and also the FIRST TIME for working with QTC! Thanks guys for the greatest contest. See you next year.
YB5AQB: Bad band conditions, the usual alligators in Europe, and thunderstorms that halted operation for about half the contest.....what a weekend!
YB5BO: Bad propagation in YB5-Land, but I am enjoy and Thanks for a nice contest! I will be back next year.
YC3MM: Anybody do the logging by manual? Logging QTC by manual is very very busy. Don't try !
YL2NN: OFF Time: 0201-0529; 1728-0559; 1612-2115.
YO3JF: The QTC traffic makes this one the most entertaining contest of the year!
YO6BHN: See you next year.
Z37M: What a mess ?! First operation with N1MM logger was very disapointed ?! Jumping numbers, sending same number to two diferent stations, louse some QTC's etc... Saturday morning we had several breakings of electricity abt 4 hours. Our goal was to made a beter score than last year and we did it but stell thinking that we may did it much better (:- !! Any way we had nice fun again ! Tnx to WAEDC for nice contest. See you next year, of course ! 73's de Z37M crew !
ZC4LI: THANKS TO ALL CONCERNED IN RUNNING THE CONTEST.
ZL4BR: I'm starting to seriously believe that maybe there are just not enough stations active in this contest for it to warrant being a 36/48 hour show and maybe 24 hours would be long enough. Okay I realise that according to the 2004 results 2532 stations were in 636 logs, but it would also appear from the results, that 70% of them are running low power, which on RTTY probably means 25-50 watts, that together with the fact that a good percentage will be using simple wire or trap vertical antennas on the high bands means that they don't work many non-Eu stations, especially when propagation is poor. So whilst 36/48 hours might suit Eu's, it probably doesn't make a lot sense to non-Eu stations, unless your callsign starts with 7X, H2, ZC or CT3.
